xxxxxxxxNovel Length Fiction

xxxxxxxxMy latest bid for the bestseller lists is a dark thriller by the name of Kindred.
xxxxxxxxNot to give too much away, it’s about a family of psychopaths who run around
xxxxxxxxtrying to kill each other – against the backdrop of a midtown aquarium. The
xxxxxxxxstory takes place over one fateful night: the protagonist’s seventeenth birthday.
xxxxxxxxHer name is Felicity, or Fliss to her friends.

xxxxxxxxThe first draft is done and I’m now working on the second. At some point I may
xxxxxxxxalso turn the novel into a screenplay.

xxxxxxxxMovies

xxxxxxxxRobyn and I have two projects in the pipeline. One is a family movie called
xxxxxxxxCyclone Santa. We have a producer on board and we will be writing up the third
xxxxxxxxdraft as soon as the first round of funding has come through. It’s a big exciting
xxxxxxxxmovie about a family surviving Christmas during a cyclone.

xxxxxxxxThe other project is a horror movie. We’ve written a new treatment based on
xxxxxxxxanother writer’s screenplay and we’ll be writing the first draft of that, again,
xxxxxxxxwhen the funding comes through. We haven’t quite settled on a name for this
xxxxxxxxone yet but the working title is Nightmare Circus - because that pretty much
xxxxxxxxdescribes the story idea!

xxxxxxxxApart from these, we also plan to start work on another screenplay this year,
xxxxxxxxthis one is tentatively called The Great Baby Heist.
